Each week, students will memorize a verse from a book of the bible. Posted Jan 26, 2012 5:01 PM by Eva HutchinsonMission Trip 2012! Our high-school students have the opportunity to participate in a "Go for Souls" mission trip from May 17-23. This takes place in Edmonton. Packages will be sent home with students who are interested on Tuesday, February 1st. The cost of this trip is $200.00, a $75 deposit fee is required by February 16, 2012 to secure a spot.
January 26, 2012 - Purdy's chocolates are in! Your child was sent home with permission slips to take home chocolates to sell. All proceeds go towards a purchase of a newer bus for the school. Thank you for all your continued support!
January 26th, 2012 - Charitable Tax Receipts are now available at the office. If not picked up in person, they will be mailed out after February 16th.

Winter 2012 Cold Weather: Our students go outside for recess unless the weather conditions are severe. Children should come to school with a winter jacket, ski pants, snow boots, and water-proof mitts. This includes all elementary students and students in the grade 8 outdoor Education class.
November 20th 2011 - New School Hours: To accommodate the new bus schedule our school doors open at 8:30 (school begins at 8:50) and our school ends at 2:40. Students will be supervised until 3:00pm.
November 20th, 2011 - School Parking: When picking up and dropping off your children, please park in the parking lot. No vehicles should park or stop along side the school, as it is a fire lane.
November 20th, 2011 - Bus Students: Look for bus #29 starting October 6th at South Peace. This will be your bus to come to MCS. The bus will leave South Peace at 8:40am sharp!

Hot Lunches

Students - don't forget to bring your order forms with your money every THURSDAY if you want hot lunches. Each of the items are $3, and the menu changes each week. Hot lunch items are home made by Mrs. B with the help of the Grade 9 Health class. For more information on hot lunches, please visit the office weekly.
